STAGES OF WORK

We prepare a safe and comfortable place for work, check the lifting equipment fixed in the boiler room, normal and emergency lighting, parts and assemblies for installing ladders, racks and scaffolding. Determine and agree on a work schedule.

We remove the insulation, clean the fittings, the inside of the boiler, furnaces and gas ducts. We carry out external inspection and internal fault detection of collectors, pipes, fireboxes, flame tubes and fireboxes, casing and places of attachment of the boiler to the ship’s foundation.

FLAW DETECTION

After inspection and fault detection of the boiler, we draw up a repair scheme, on the basis of which the repair will be carried out. In the scheme, we prescribe in detail the list of works, labor intensity and the average budget.
