Corrosion leads to thinning of the walls and the formation of penetrating fistulas. By the visual inspection we reveal cracks, breaks, dents and deformations of pipes, flanged and nipple connections.

Using ultrasonic devices, we measure the residual thickness of the pipeline.

We replace damaged sections of the pipeline, eliminate cracks, fistulas, remove contamination and clean pipes. We restore tightness in flange and nipple connections, eliminate defects in pipeline fittings.
We weld up cracks and corrosion damage in valve bodies, apply anti-corrosion and insulating coatings, and repair bottom-outboard reinforcement.

In the case of critical wear of the pipeline, we provide a major overhaul: we dismantle all pipes and assemble a new system.
